In blind tests, the gold showed up where we said it would.

We held back real gold occurrences the model had never seen, then let it rank the ground cold. Most of them landed in the patches it scored highest. No map can promise a find — this one earns the confidence it puts on the screen.

Because the download is the easy part. We fetch, clean and align dozens of national sources, then score every patch of ground and tell you how much data stands behind that score. You are paying for the assembled, weighed and honest read, not the raw files, which we name in full.
As far as its confidence lets you. Every score carries a second number: how much real data sits beneath it. A 90 on thin data is a hint; a 90 on deep data is a lead. No map can promise a find, but this one is honest about how sure it is.
Often you can see for yourself. We plot recorded occurrences and historic workings straight from the USGS, so you can start where gold has already come out and read the record behind every point.
Open means no active claim and no obvious restriction in the data we hold, which is a strong start, not a permit. Land access is guidance, not legal advice. Confirm the rules with the land manager before you put a shovel in.
No. Prospector Maps decides where to go and whether you are allowed to dig. What you swing, pan or shovel when you get there is up to you.

We pull claims from BLM's live service on a regular schedule and flag the ground that has just opened up. Geology, terrain and geochemistry move slowly, and refresh as each survey publishes.
You enter a card, and the three days are free. Nothing is charged until they end, and if you cancel from your account before then, you pay nothing.
