Prospectivity scores are a ranking of ground by evidence, not a probability of payable gold. A high score means the map found the kind of signal that has accompanied known gold elsewhere — it does not mean gold is present. Every score is shown with a confidence value; treat both together, and treat thin-data ground as unknown, not barren. Recorded occurrences are records, not the whole truth of the ground.

Land-access information is guidance, not legal truth

Claim, wilderness and surface-management layers are drawn from public agency data that can lag reality, carry gaps, or be superseded. An “open” verdict is a starting point for your own diligence, never a licence to dig.
